Development of Novel Analytical Methods Based on Liquid Chromatography and Electrophoresis

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and electrophoresis are phase separation methods frequently used in various research fields. Although their origins sufficiently old, the development of novel based on HPLC still required for both fundamental applicational functions. In this paper, we introduced our studies analytical toward enhancing efficiency. The contents can be categorized as follows: (1) enhancement pressurized flow-driven capillary electrochromatography, (2) orthogonal electrochromatography simultaneous two-dimensional separation, (3) new stationary phases/columns HPLC, (4) low ultra-low-temperature using liquefied gas mobile phase, (5) nonaqueous analyzing water-insoluble synthetic polymers, (6) frequency division multiplex HPLC-MS.
